De acuerdo con el artículo 116° numeral 10 del T.U.O. del Código Tributario, una vez adjudicados los bienes, se ordenará dejar sin efecto toda carga o gravamen sobre los mismos y que estuviera registrada ante SUNARP, a excepción de la anotación de la demanda.
